AI Implementation Audit

One month. $5,000. A plan you can act on.

We document how work actually moves through your company, find where it breaks, and tell you exactly what to automate and in what order.

Built for mid-sized US companies, roughly 50 to 500 employees.

What you get

A written AI Implementation and Transformation Plan covering:

How work actually moves through your organization today
Where information is trapped and where handoffs break down
What is worth automating, in priority order
What tools and infrastructure each item requires
What your existing team can realistically operate
Timeline and cost if you want us to build it

The plan is yours whether you hire us to implement it or not.

How the four weeks work

Week 1

Access and data

We get read access to the systems your work lives in: project management, code repositories, documentation, communication, and your line-of-business tools. We pull baseline numbers from those systems and map where the same information lives in more than one place. Nothing here costs your team time beyond the access request itself.

Week 2

Process interviews

We talk to your executive sponsor, your process owners, and the people actually doing the work. Usually six to ten conversations, 30 to 60 minutes each. We're looking for where work stalls, what gets re-entered by hand, and what breaks when one person is out. Then we check what people told us against what the systems show.

Week 3

The plan

We score every automation candidate on effort, impact, and risk, then sequence them. For each one we specify the tooling required, whether you already pay for it, and what your team can operate without outside help. We estimate what it would cost us to build each piece. You get the draft at the end of the week.

Week 4

Review and revision

A working session with your sponsor and process owners to walk through the plan, correct anything we got wrong, and answer what's still open. Then we revise and deliver the final version.

What we need from you

Access (week 1)

Project management: Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday, or whatever you use
Code repositories, if you build software
Documentation: Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Drive
Slack or Teams channel access where possible
Your CRM, ERP, or ticketing system, read access or a walkthrough
Org chart and a list of the processes leadership cares most about

Time (week 2 and 4)

Executive sponsor: about two hours total across the month
Process owners: one hour each
Individual contributors: 30 to 45 minutes each

That's it. Most of the work is ours.

Why not just hire someone?

Senior AI implementation engineers (often titled forward deployed engineer or AI transformation engineer) now command $215K+ base salaries, and few have shipped AI into a real mid-sized company's workflows. Most companies don't need one full time. They need a plan, a build, then someone to own it. We do the first two and help you hire or train the third.

What happens after

If the plan says build it, we build it. If it says your team can handle it, we tell you that. If you want ongoing help, we place a senior engineer with your team on a monthly basis, in effect a fractional forward deployed engineer, cancellable with 30 days notice.

Fractional AI Implementation Manager

5 hrs/week
$3,500/month
10 hrs/week
$6,500/month
20 hrs/week
$12,000/month

The $5,000 is credited toward your first month if you continue with implementation within 60 days.
